This means:

• Your mood entries remain on your phone.
• Your personal notes are not uploaded to any server.
• We do not have access to your emotional history.

If you delete the app, your data will be permanently removed from your device.

3. No Account Required

Eirēnē does not require:

• User registration
• Login
• Email address
• Phone number

You can use the app fully without creating an account.

4. No Cloud Sync (Current Version)

The current version of Eirēnē does not support cloud backup or multi-device synchronization.

Your data exists only on your device unless you manually export it.

Future versions may introduce optional cloud features, which will be clearly disclosed and require your consent.

5. AI Reflections

Eirēnē currently uses pre-written reflection text stored within the app. No user input is sent to external AI services in this version.

6. Crisis Resources

When you tap on crisis resources (e.g., call or text links), your device may open:

• Phone app
• SMS app
• External website

Eirēnē does not track or record those interactions.

7. Analytics & Tracking

Eirēnē does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics tools in this version.

We may collect anonymous crash diagnostics to improve app stability. These reports do not include personal notes or emotional entries.

8. Children’s Privacy

Eirēnē does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the app operates without accounts or cloud storage, no personal identifiers are collected.

9. Data Security

Because your data is stored locally on your device:

• Its protection depends on your device’s security settings.
• We recommend using device passcodes or biometric locks for additional privacy.

If future updates introduce cloud sync, AI transmission, account systems, or analytics, this policy will be updated accordingly, and changes will be reflected clearly.
